All our products carry a 12 month warranty for manufacturers defects and materials. The scooter must be returned by the customer to our Mansfield workshop in the unlikely event of a warranty problem.

If a problem occurs our first point of contact will be by telephone with an attempt to give advice on possible remedies. 90% of problems are easily sorted with good advice and aren't faults at all. If however this advice does not help then an engineer will repair the fault for you under the terms of the guarantee at our workshop in Mansfield Notts.
Charges will apply if upon an engineer inspection a problem is NOT a warranty repair but is associated to one of the following exclusions;
Parts which need adjustment, items showing fair wear and tear, Tyres, inner tubes / punctures, bulbs, plastic shroud damage and upholstery, motor brushes worn out, normal battery wear (and battery damage due to inactive use and insufficient charging, wheelchair brake adjustments, circuit breaker re-set (see operators manual) electrical sockets / connections damaged due to incorrect operation etc.
Damage due to mis-use or accident cannot be included under warranty terms.
Please ensure the complaint is not one of these exclusions before making a warranty claim.
Repair becomes chargeable if associated with any of above.
All the prices on disabled equipment are exclusive of vat upon receipt of a signed vat exemption statement (naming an illness) supplied as part of the sales invoice procedure.
